Copyrights
Chiba University Academic Resource Collections (hereinafter, the Collections) include digital content protected by the Copyright Act. As a rule, these copyright belong to third parties having legitimate rights, such as the authors of the original materials.
The copyright of the web pages of the Collections and the databases contained in the Collections belong to National University Corporation Chiba University.
Available Use
When using (reproducing, distributing, transmitting, transferring, or adapting) digital content contained in the Collections as works, for content for which individual Creative Commons licenses or the like are specified, follow the terms of use.
Among digital content of the Collections, regarding content marked "No Copyright – Contractual Restrictions" as defined in the Rights Statements (indicated for content for which the copyright protection period has expired), you can use it without special procedures by following these guidelines.
1. Indicate that the digital content is from Chiba University Libraries.
2. If the content is modified when used, indicate that the original materials have been modified

Rights Other Than Copyright
Content in the Collections may be protected based on legal regulations other than the Copyright Act, such as the Trademark Act and the Design Act.
